冗余电磁阀的气路联接改造设计

摘要 本文针对杭州华电半山公司调压站系统天然气进口紧急切断阀0GV9401冗余问题进行改造,将单电源单电磁阀控制改造为双电源双电磁阀控制,对实现双电磁阀冗余的气路联接改造设计进行了研究和分析;进一步地在实际场景中使用,验证所提联接设计提高了发电机组运行的安全稳定,具有较强的应用价值。 In this paper,the redundancy of OGV9401 emergency shut-off valve for natural gas import in the pressure regulating station system of Hangzhou Banshan company is reformed.The single power supply single solenoid valve control is transformed into double power supply double solenoid valve control,and the design of the redundant air circuit connection of the double solenoid valve is studied and analyzed.Furthermore,the connection design is used in the actual scene to verify that the proposed connection design improves the safety and stability of the operation of the generator set,and has strong application value.
