浅析AD系列智能阀门定位器的性能特点及应用前景 被引量:2

摘要 本文对于AD系列智能阀门定位器的结构形式及性能特点做了基本介绍,MCU采用开源的RISC-V芯片,具备HART协议双向通讯功能,采样检测芯片选用高分辨率24位Σ-?模数转换器;电气转换沿用传统的喷嘴挡板结构形式,与气动放大器组合,构成高性能的二级放大模式,位置传感器采用强磁性合金材料构成的惠斯通电桥形式。AD智能阀门定位器多项性能指标已经达到国外同类产品标准,完全可以替代进口,市场应用前景广阔。 This paper introduces the structure and performance characteristics of AD series intelligent valve positioner.MCU adopts RISC-V chip,which is open source and has HART protocol two-way communication function.Sampling and testing chip adopts high-resolution 24 bit sigma delta Analog to digital converter;the electrical conversion adopts the traditional nozzle baffle structure,combined with the pneumatic amplifier,to form a high-performance two-stage amplification mode,and the position sensor adopts the Wheatstone bridge form made of strong magnetic alloy material.A number of performance indexes of AD intelligent valve positioner have reached the standards of similar products in foreign countries,which can completely replace the imported ones and have a broad market application prospect.
