现阶段,化工园区内自动化监测监控设备种类多、厂家多、数据协议多,安全生产数据分散在多个系统中,误报警频繁,多系统多数据不能有效地融合、联动,给企业安全管理带来巨大挑战。为了宏观地、统一地掌握企业整体安全情况,本文提出工业安全监控与管理系统的设计解决方案。工业安全监控与管理系统能够整合企业所配置的气体、压力、温度、流量、视频等自动化监控设备,配合DCS、PLC、3G/4G、蓝牙等有线或无线通讯设备,汇总企业园区各项安全信息至智能化信息管理平台,实现对园区安全生产状况的动态监控及预警预报。本系统基于M2M物联网理论,利用信息化手段,为企业提供安全生产信息化的一站式解决方案,最终帮助企业建立全要素、全过程、全业务的三全管理体系。

At the present stage,the chemical industrial park has multiple monitoring equipment and equipment suppliers,resulting in different data protocols,scattered safety production data.What's worse,the multi-system and multi-data cannot be effectively integrated and linked to the enterprise safety management belt.The automatic monitoring environment in the chemical industrial park are quite complex,which brings great challenges to enterprise safety management.In order to grasp the overall security situation of the enterprise in a macroscopic and unified manner,this paper proposes one solution,namely,the industrial safety monitoring and management system.The industrial safety monitoring and management system can integrate the automatic monitoring equipment such as gas detectors,pressure detectors,temperature and humidity detectors,flow detectors and video monitoring equipment configured by the enterprise,and cooperate with wired or wireless communication equipment such as DCS,PLC,3G/4G and Bluetooth to summarize various safety information of the enterprise park and upload these information to the intelligent information management platform.In this way,the enterprise can achieve dynamic monitoring and early warning and forecast of the safe production status in the chemical industrial park.Based on the M2M Internet of Things theory,this system uses information technology to provide enterprises with one-stop solutions for safe production,and ultimately helps enterprises to establish a three-factor management system with full factor,full process and full service.
