介绍了金刚石工具用预合金粉的优势及预合金粉中各个组成元素的作用,阐述了水雾化制取预合金粉的关键工序及国内外发展现状,探讨了国内预合金粉的发展趋势,希望能给粉体制备及金刚石工具厂商借鉴。
The advantage of pre-alloy powder for diamond tools was introduced as well as the function of each element in pre-alloy powder.The key process of preparing pre-alloy powder by water atomization and its development status were described.The development trend of domestic pre-alloy powder was also discussedfor powder and diamond tools manufacturers'reference.
