改良透析浓缩液桶盖对透析液感控指标影响的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的通过对改良透析浓缩液桶盖,减少浓缩液在使用过程中桶口暴露,以评价对透析液感控指标的影响,从而减少透析液的微生物污染,提高患者的透析质量。方法选择中国中医科学院望京医院血液净化中心60例透析液(对照组、实验组各30例),共采集4个典型时间点240例次透析液标本,分别进行透析液细菌培养及内毒素检测,比较2组细菌菌落数与内毒素差异。结果对照组有4例透析液细菌数大于50 cfu/ml,需要进行干预;对照组、实验组组内比较,两组透析液细菌数P<0.05,两组组内差异有统计学意义;对照组、实验组组间比较,两组透析液细菌数在5 h时P<0.05,两组差异有统计学意义,两组透析液细菌数在9 h时P<0.001,两组差异有显著统计学意义。结论改良透析浓缩液桶盖能够减缓透析液感控指标中透析液内细菌数的增长,对透析液内毒素的影响有待进一步研究。 Objective By improving the cap of the dialysis concentrate,the exposure of concentrate mouth is reduced to evaluate the effccton the dialysate control index.In this way,the microbial contamination of dialysate is reducing and the quality of dialysis is improving.Methods Sixty dialysate samples(30 in the control group and 30 in the experimental group)were selected from the blood purification center of Wangjing Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,240 dialysate samples were collected from 4 typical time points.Then the bacterial of the dialysate was cultured and endotoxin level owere detected,so as to compare the difference of bacterial colony number and endotoxin between the two groups.Results In the control group,the number of bacteria in dialysate was more than 50 CFU/ml in 4 samples,which needed intervention.Compared with the control group and the experimental group,the number of bacteria in the dialysate of the two groups were all lower than 0.05,and there was a significant difference in the two groups.Compared with the control group and the experimental group,there was a statistically significant difference in the number of bacteria in the dialysate of the two groups at 5 h and 9h,P<0.05 and P<0.01.Conclusions The improvement of the dialysate concentrate cap can reduce the growth speed of bacteriain the dialysate,but cap effect on the endotoxin of dialysate needs further study.
