数控车磨床中心架的设计

摘要 通过对数控车磨床布局的研究,从工艺上重点分析了工件如何定位和车、磨中心架的结构,滑动支承的定位误差最小,不适合采用滚动支承;阐述了如何正确设计车削中心架和磨削中心架来保证零件的加工精度的方法,尤其是磨削中心架的结构和磨削方法,铜瓦式滑动轴承是磨削支承的关键;经过实际使用,加工精度达到用户图纸要求。 Based on the research of overall CNC lathe grinder mechine arrangement,how to positioning the workpiece is emphatically analyzed from the technics,the structure of center rest of lathe grinder is analyzed,the positioning error of sliding bearing is the minimum,the rolling support is not suitable;how to design the turning center rest and grinding center rest correctly to ensure the machining accuracy of parts is described,especially the structure and grinding method of grinding center rest,sliding bearing of brasses type is the key to grinding support;in practice,machining precision reach the requirements of the user drawings.
