摘要
论述了超大变位齿轮的概念、特点及比较优势,从滚切特点及滚刀磨损规律出发,明晰了滚刀切刃最小理论长度应满足两个基本要求,重点分析了用标准滚刀轴向移距分段滚切超大变位齿轮的方法,并提供两种简便易行的工艺措施,滚刀轴向移距始止循环路径及如何判断基准点和始切点,简述了标准滚刀滚切时所产生的异常现象的原因;为提高齿面质量和切齿效率及滚刀的耐用度,尤其是滚切模数较大、齿面硬度较高的宽齿面超大变位大斜齿轮,介绍了如何改进切齿工艺,其理论与实践相结合实用性强。
This paper discusses the concept,characteristics of oversized gear with addendum modification and its comparative advantages,from the point of hobbing characteristics and hob wearing rules,makes it clear that theoretical minimum length of the hob cutting edge should meet two basic requirements,focuses on the analysis of the method on axial shift piecewise hobbing oversized gear with addendum modification by standardized hob,and provides two simple technological measures:start-stop circulation path by hob axial shift and how to determine the reference point and start point,briefly describes the causes of the abnormal phenomena in the use of standardized hob;in order to improve the quality and efficiency of teeth surface and hob durability,especially for super helical gear with larger hobbing modulus,higher tooth surface hardness and oversized addendum modification of wide tooth surface,this describes how to improve the cutting process.The combination of theory and practice has strong practicability.
