介绍了基于西门子840D sl系统下机床伺服刀库刀具更换的研究,通过PLC程序对正在加工的机床进行刀库中刀具更换,加工与换刀同步进行节省了时间,提高了机床的效率。

This paper introduces the research on the tool change of servo tool magazine of machine tool based on Siemens 840D sl system.Through PLC program,the tool change in the tool magazine of the machine tool being processed is carried out,which saves time and improves the efficiency of the machine tool.
