增权视角下未成年犯罪人社区矫正研究

Research on community correction of juvenile delinquents from the perspective of empowerment

未成年犯罪人在社区矫正过程中,在面对身份歧视、资源缺乏和社会关系疏离的情况下,容易陷入一种权能缺失状态。从囊括多重视角的增权视角出发,协助被耻辱烙印化的未成年犯罪人在矫正过程中增加权能,负起个人责任,提升自我形象以减少社区对自己的偏见和去除负面标签,有助于其建构起新型关系网络,获取自我发展的资源,并最终得到恢复性矫正。他们从无权到增权的改变,需要挖掘社区资源,安排社区矫正项目,进行综合教育,使其树立矫正的意识,增加自我效能感。

In the process of community correction,in the face of identity discrimination,lack of resources and alienation of social relations,juvenile delinquents are easy to fall into a state of absence of power.From the perspective of empowerment,we should assist the juvenile delinquents who are stigmatized to increase power in the process of correction,take personal responsibility,and improve the self-image in order to reduce the community prejudice and remove negative labels,and help them build up the new relationship network,get the resources for self development,and ultimately get restorative correction.To help them transform from powerlessness to empowerment,we need to excavate community resources,arrange community correction projects and conduct comprehensive education to make them establish the awareness of correction and increase the sense of self-efficacy.
