山西煤矿采空区天然气管道隐患治理探索与实践 被引量:7

摘要 管道经过煤矿采空区时,地面沉陷对管道安全危胁很大,为此运营单位积极探索和实践,提出了多种治理方案。目前普遍采用的治理方案是基于直观的管道应变监测数据,并根据经验对管道进行开挖或抬升复位以释放管道附加应力,治理过程缺乏对管道应力的定量分析,难以掌握复杂条件下的管道应力释放效果。以山西灵石—段纯天然气管道采空区隐患治理为例,天然气管道经过采空区时,通过对采空区地面沉降和管道应力进行定量分析计算,掌握采空区管道最大沉降位移和应力水平,为采空区管道治理方案的选择提供了可靠依据,并在此基础上对采空区管道提出多种治理方案并进行技术经济比选,如抬升管道、局部换管、断管释放应力、管道改线和采空区设置支撑等,在保证充分释放采空区管道附加应力的前提下,科学合理选择治理方案。灵石—段纯天然气管道经过采空区段的隐患治理经验,为采空区管道治理提供了定量分析方法,具有良好的借鉴意义。 When the pipeline crosses through the mined area of coal mine,the ground subsidence is a great threat to the safety of pipeline.Therefore,the operation companies actively explore and practice,and put forwards a variety of control solutions.At present,the commonly adopted control plan is based on the intuitive monitoring data of pipeline strain,and the pipeline is excavated or raised up to release the additional stress.The control process lacks quantitative analysis of pipeline stress,so it is difficult to grasp the effect of pipeline stress release under complex conditions.Taking the hidden dangers control in the mined-out area of Lingshi-Duanchun Gas Pipeline in Shanxi Province as an example,it introduces a kind of quantitative analysis and calculation method of ground subsidence and pipeline stress while gas pipeline crosses through the mined-out area,by which to master the pipeline maximum displacement and stress level,and to provide reliable evidence for selection of pipeline governance solutions.And on this basis,the control plans for pipeline mined-out area are selected from technology and economy,such as lifting pipeline,partly replacing pipeline,cutting off the pipeline to release pressure,rerouting pipeline,and setting up supports in mined-out area,etc.And the control plan should be selected scientifically and reasonably under the premise of additional pipeline stress to be released fully.The hidden danger control experience of Lingshi-Duanchun Gas Pipeline through mined-out area provides a quantitative analysis method for pipeline treatment in mined-out area,which has a good reference significance.
