大庆油田某开发区水驱见聚对污水处理影响及对策 被引量:1

摘要 针对大庆油田某开发区水驱见聚后污水处理难度加大的问题,通过对5座见聚站与2座未见聚站污水的离子、Zeta电位、黏度等成分化验对比分析,研究单一聚合物与两种不同聚合物不同浓度混合后物性变化情况,并对5座见聚污水站从前段原水、中段除油、后段过滤三个环节开展了现场跟踪。研究表明,该开发区水驱见聚后污水物性发生较大变化,尤其是两种聚合物混合后,部分地面工艺出现不适应性,水质无法满足开发需求。“十四五”期间,将根据运行情况及工艺现状,通过相应技术改造、优化生产运行、加强生产管理等措施,改善水驱见聚后污水处理水质。 For the increasing difficulty of sewage treatment after water flooding produces polymer in a development zone of Daqing Oilfield,based on the test,comparison,and analysis of composition such as ion,Zeta potential,viscosity in 5 stations with polymer and 2 stations without polymer,the physical properties of a single polymer mixed with two different polymers at different concentrations are studied,and on-site tracking is carried out for five polymer sewage treatment stations in three aspects:raw water in the front section,oil removal in the middle section,and filtration in the back section.The research shows that the physical properties of the sewage after water flooding produce polymer in the development zone change greatly,especially the produced liquid after mixing two kinds of polymers,some surface processes are not adaptable,and the water quality cannot meet the development requirements.During the 14th Five-Year Plan period,according to the operation and process status,measures such as technical transformation,optimization of production operation,and strengthening of production management,should be taken to improve the water quality of sewage treatment after water flooding produces polymer.
