摘要
为了进一步推广及提升油气生产物联网在大庆油田的应用力度,实现“数字油田、智能油田、智慧油田”三步走战略目标,大庆油田开展了基于A11系统的油气生产物联网深化应用的探索与实践。大庆油田油气生产物联网的建设思路是进行地面系统优化调整,固化数字化建设的实施对象;实施管理模式转型再造,确定数字化建设的数据流和控制流;建成数据采集与监控子系统、数据传输子系统、生产管理子系统。采用“井站一体、电子巡护、远程监控、智能管理”的开发管理模式,以及“区域巡检、无人值守”的井、间建设模式。大庆油田通过油气生产物联网系统建设,实现了生产数据自动采集、远程监控、生产预警、生产分析与生产过程管理等功能,实现了生产数据共享以及相关系统的集成应用。
For the purpose to propagate and promote the utilization of the Internet of Things applied to the oil and gas production in Daqing Oilfield,and to achieve the three-step strategic goals of"digital oilfield,smart oilfield,and intelligent oilfield",Daqing Oilfield has carried out exploration and practice of deepened application of oil and gas production Internet of things based on A11 system.The construction idea of oil and gas production Internet of things in Daqing Oilfield is to optimize and adjust the ground system and solidify the implementation object of digital construction,to implement the transformation and reconstruction of management mode to determine the data flow and control flow of digital construction,and to establish data acquisition and monitoring subsystem,data transmission subsystem,and production management subsystem.It adopts the development and management mode of"integrated well station,electronic patrol,remote monitoring,intelligent management",as well as the construction mode of"regional patrol,unattended petrol".Through the construction of the oil and gas production Internet of things system,Daqing Oilfield has realized such functions as automatic collection of production data,remote monitoring,production warning,production analysis,and production process management,etc.,and realized production data sharing and integrated application of related systems.
