负压波法管线泄漏检测系统在长庆油田的应用改进研究 被引量:5

摘要 负压波管道泄漏检测法因其成本低和灵敏度高的优点广泛应用在国内外油田。该检测方法在长庆油田应用时,受管线特殊工况和所在地形地貌的影响,存在多种问题,影响了泄漏检测效果。为此,提出改进措施:应用事件分类法屏蔽泵况扰动;应用压力梯度检测法检测压力变化率;对不满管流管线进行多点压力检测;简化泄漏检测系统的硬件设计。现场试验证明改进措施有效可行,提高了负压波泄漏检测法在长庆油田集输管线的应用效果;简化了信号采集装置后,泄漏检测系统的硬件成本和后期维护工作量大幅度减少,为进一步大规模推广创造了便利条件。 Due to the low cost and high sensitivity,negative pressure wave pipeline leakage detection method is widely used in oilfields all around the world.In the practical application of this method in Changqing Oilfield,there are many problems due to the special working conditions of the pipelines and the topography,which affect the leak detection effect.Therefore,several improvement measures are proposed,namely using event classification method to shield pump condition disturbance,using pressure gradient detection method to detect pressure change rate,carrying out multi-point pressure detection for pipeline with insufficient pipeline flow,and simplifying the hardware design of leakage detection system.The field test shows that the improvement measures are effective and feasible,which improve the application effect of negative pressure wave leakage detection method in gathering and transportation pipelines in Changqing Oilfield.After simplifying the signal acquisition device,the hardware cost and maintenance workload of the leakage detection system are greatly reduced,making it much easier for further large-scale promotion.
