摘要
以《食品添加剂》课程中“防腐剂”一章为例,针对教学过程中存在的问题,从教学方法、教学理念和考核方式等角度对课程有效性进行改善.这对于提升学生的学习效率和提高此课程的教学质量具有重要的意义.
The paper will explore the effective teaching method of food preservatives from the course of food additives in the aspects of tutoring methods,teaching concepts and evaluation methods by aiming at the existing problems during the teaching process.It is of great significance to improve the learning efficiency of students and the teaching quality of this course.
