摘要 针对常规同步整流升压变换器在高开关频率下主开关管的寄生电容存储电荷无法释放和整流开关管体二极管反向恢复行为造成的变换器开关管的硬开关、高电磁干扰(EMI)等问题,提出一种基于小耦合电感软开关同步Boost变换器设计方法,详细分析了软开关实现的条件以及变换器的工作过程,通过电路参数的优化设计和仿真验证实验,实现了宽负载范围内所有开关管和二极管的软开关,使变换器效率得到有效提高,电磁干扰也得到有效抑制,进而验证了理论分析的正确性。 In allusion to the hard switching and high electromagnetic interference(EMI)of switching tube of converter,which are caused by unable release of the parasitic capacitor storage charge of the main switch tube and the diode reverse recovery behavior of the rectifier switch body in the conventional synchronous rectifier boost converter at high switching frequency,a design method of soft⁃switching synchronous Boost converter based on small coupling inductance is proposed.The realization condition of soft switching and the working process of the converter are analyzed in detail.By means of the optimization design of the circuit parameter and the verification of the simulation experiment,the soft⁃switching of all switches and diodes is realized within wide load range,which has improved the converter′s efficiency effectively,suppressed EMI effectively,and verified the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
