摘要
新传媒凭借其强大的互动性、体验性和信息量优势迅速占领并拓展文化市场,文化产业内部格局和体系以更加迅猛、更为激烈的方式进行着迭代蜕变。文化产业园区作为地方政府发展文化产业的有效抓手,成为展示区域经济文化实力的重要窗口。当前,我国文化产业园区发展模式以政府驱动型为主,依靠政府“有形之手”推动,其核心创意与创新方向则主要来源于政府规划。基于新传媒时代的背景与文化产业发展的特征,我国文化产业创新发展应遵循“传统文化+科技”产业升级、“农业+文化旅游”模式创新、“人工智能+会展”对标国际,以及“大数据”引领公共服务平台建设等四大优化路径。
With its powerful advantages of interactivity,experience and information load,the new media quickly occupy and expand the cultural market,and the internal pattern and system of cultural industry are undergoing iterative transformation in a more rapid and intense way.As an effective grasp of local government to develop cultural industry,cultural industrial park has become an important window to display regional economic and cultural strength.At present,the development mode of cultural industry park in our country is mainly government-driven and pushed by the“tangible hand”of the government,and its core creativity and innovation direction mainly come from the government planning.Based on the characteristics of the background and cultural industrial development in new media age,the cultural industrial innovation development in our country should obey the four great optimization paths,i.e.,“traditional culture+science”industrial upgrade,“agriculture+cultural tourism”mode innovation,“AI+Expo”international marketing,and“big data”to lead the construction of public service platform.
