促进经济高质量发展是满足人民对美好生活的需要、解决发展不平衡不充分问题的有效路径,是推动中国特色社会主义市场经济健康发展的必然选择。广西在迈向经济高质量发展的征途上,还存在诸如产业发展问题突出、创新引领作用不强、对外开放水平较低、人才队伍支撑较弱、市场机制不够健全、制度体系尚不完善等瓶颈。统筹解决好这些问题,要以推进现代产业为根本,着力夯实经济高质量发展的物质基础;以创新驱动战略为引领,着力激活经济高质量发展的动力源泉;以深化区域合作为路径,着力拓展经济高质量发展的开放空间;以人才强区战略为载体,着力增强经济高质量发展的智力支撑;以优化营商环境为手段,着力完善经济高质量发展的市场体制;以健全制度体系为保障,着力把握经济高质量发展的鲜明导向。

Promoting high-quality economic development is not only an effective way to meet the needs of the people for a better life and solve the problem of unbalanced development,but also an inevitable choice to promote the healthy development of the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics.On the way to high-quality economic development in Guangxi,there are still bottlenecks such as obvious industrial development problems,weak innovation leading role,low-level of opening to the outside world,weak support of talent team,imperfect market mechanism and imperfect system.To solve these problems as a whole,we should take the promotion of modern industry as the foundation,to strengthen the material basis of high-quality economic development;take innovation-driven strategy as the guide to activate the power source of high-quality economic development;deepen regional cooperation as a path to expand the high-quality economic development of open space;take the strategy of strengthening areas of talents as the carrier to strengthen the intellectual support of high-quality economic development;optimize the business environment as the means to perfect the market system of high-quality economic development;and perfect the system as the guarantee to strive for bright direction of high-quality economic development.
