不同药剂引发处理对老化玉米种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响 被引量:11

Effects of Different Initiators on Germination and Seedlings Growth of Aged Maize Seeds

摘要 以自然老化的玉米品种富农340、富农963、富农1号和郑单958为材料,研究了水杨酸、赤霉素和聚乙二醇3种引发剂引发处理对老化玉米种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,从而筛选老化玉米适宜引发剂及其最适浓度。结果表明,与对照相比,水杨酸、赤霉素和聚乙二醇均能改善老化种子萌发和幼苗生长状况,采用0.10 mmol/L水杨酸、0.025%赤霉素、10%聚乙二醇处理显著提高了4个老化玉米品种种子的发芽率,促进幼苗生长,提高抗氧化酶活性、修复老化膜损伤,降低了种子浸出液的电导率及丙二醛含量,使种子细胞内容物质外渗减少,4个老化品种种子的活力指数分别提高了40%、87%、75%和87%,其中0.025%赤霉素引发效果最佳。3种引发剂总体引发效果为赤霉素>水杨酸>聚乙二醇,赤霉素的引发效果最好。 Natural aged maize varieties seeds“Funong 340”,“Funong 963”,“Funong 1”and“Zhengdan 958”were selected as materials to test effects of three initiators(salicylic acid,gibberellin and polyethylene glycol)on seed germination and seedling growth.The results showed that compared with the control,salicylic acid,gibberellin and polyethylene glycol treatments could improve the germination and seedling growth of aged seeds.Concentration of 0.10mmol/L salicylic acid,0.025%gibberellin and 10%polyethylene glycol treatments significantly increased seed germination rate,promoted seedling growth,enhanced antioxidant enzyme activity and protected membrane from aging damage.The conductivity of the seed extract and malondialdehyde content in aged seeds were decreased under above treatments,especially 0.025%gibberellin,which reduced the extravasation of seed cell contents.Furthermore,the seed vigor index of four aged varieties was increased by 40%,87%,75%and 87%,respectively.The ranking of initiation effect of the three initiators was gibberellin>salicylic acid>polyethylene glycol,in which gibberellin treatment had the optimum initiation effect.
