氮、磷、钾施配对大针茅割草地地上生物量的影响 被引量:10

Effects of Nitrogen,Phosphorus and Potassium Combinations on Aboveground Biomass of Stipa grandis Clipping Pasture

摘要 为探究不同氮、磷、钾施肥配比对大针茅割草地地上生物量的影响,按照“3414”土肥配方试验设计,结合回归模型及模拟寻优方法,探讨最优施肥方式。结果表明:在单因素效应分析中,地上生物量随氮肥和钾肥施用量的增加而增加,随磷肥施用量的增加先增加后降低。在双因素效应分析中,氮磷的交互作用为正效应,其中氮为主要限制因素。模拟寻优分析结果表明:大针茅割草地最优施肥量为氮肥10.49g/m 2、磷肥4.63g/m 2、钾肥3.60g/m 2,此施肥配比处理后草地地上生物量为152.49g/m 2,与不施肥处理相比增加了51.63%。“3414”试验设计可以应用于寻求增加大针茅割草地地上生物量最优施肥量,对实际生产有一定的指导意义。 To explore the effects of different nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P)and potassium(K)combinations on the aboveground biomass of Stipa grandis clipping pasture,the“3414”soil fertilizer formula test design integrated with regression model and simulation optimization method were used to find out the optimal fertilization method.The results showed that the aboveground biomass increased with the elevation of N and K fertilizer application rate in single factor effect analysis,in which the trend increased first and then decreased with the elevation of P fertilizer application rate.In two-factor effect analysis,there was a positive effect on the interaction of N and P,with N as the main limiting factor.According to the results of simulated optimization analysis,the optimal fertilization amount was 10.49 g/m 2 for N,4.63 g/m 2 for P,3.60 g/m 2 for K.The aboveground biomass was 152.49 g/m 2 under above condition,which was increased by 51.63%compared with that of no fertilization condition.The“3414”experimental design can be applied to S.grandis clipping pasture to obtain the optimal fertilization amount possessing certain significance to guide the production.
