摘要
设计了一套基于RFID(射频识别)技术的地铁信号系统备品备件管理系统。其基于数据信息化、RFID等关键技术,实现了对地铁信号系统备品备件的出入库管理、安全库存管理、检修状态管理、呆滞库存分析等功能,并基于数据库、XML语言及Web service技术开发了各平台数据接口,实现与手持终端、固定读取终端、企业资源规划系统之间的数据交互功能。同时,以上海轨道交通8号线车载数据为例,研究了信号车载子系统内备品备件动态采购策略的制定方案。备品备件管理系统的研发,解决了传统管理手段效率低、备品备件库存状态数据实时性差、资源过剩或不足等问题,提高了管理的效率及管理质量,为地铁的运营维护提供了有效支撑。
Based on key technologies like data information and radio frequency identification(RFID),a spare parts management of metro signal system based on RFID technology is designed. The management system realizes various functions,including the spare parts storage management,safety storage management,maintenance status management and dead stock analysis. Then, the system develops data interfaces of each platform based on database,XML language and Web service technology,so as to achieve the goal of data interaction between hand-held terminal,fixed reading terminal,ERP(enterprise resource planning)system and so on. At the same time,taking the on-board data of Shanghai metro Line 8 as an example,the dynamic procurement strategy of spare parts in the system is studied. The research and development of spare parts management system has solved problems of low efficiency in traditional management means,poor real-time data of spare parts inventory status,as well as excess or insufficient resources. It improves the efficiency and quality of management,pr oviding an effective support for metro operation and maintenance.
