广州地铁线网综合实训基地建设的探索与思考

Exploration and Discussion of Constructing a Guangzhou Metro Network Comprehensive Practice Training Base

中国城市轨道交通的快速发展,面临着关键技术、核心装备的短板,以及自主创新不足、专业人才短缺的巨大挑战。实训基地是城市轨道交通的重要配套设施,是员工技能的主要实践训练场所。通过论证广州地铁线网综合实训基地建设的必要性,深入探讨实训基地的功能设置、设备配置、规模、选址等,提出:综合实训基地对培养高素质技能人才、满足行业用人需求、职业技能鉴定、传承实践经验、设备研发及技术推广等起到重要基础性作用;广州地铁线网综合实训基地须具备理论应用与实操训练中心、技能鉴定和资格认证中心、综合演练和技能竞赛平台、科研技改和教育创新平台4方面功能;场地规模根据轨道交通各工种/岗位实操培训量、实训工艺布置、设备设施面积进行综合测算;要配置轨道交通各专业设备、通识教育教学设备设施、轨道交通仿真系统;选址结合线网场地条件和员工交通便利综合考虑,可为其他城市轨道交通实训基地建设提供借鉴。

The rapidly developing urban rail transit industry in China is facing significant challenges of weak key technologies and core equipment,lack of independent innovation,and shortage of professionals.The practice training base is an important support facility for the urban rail transit industry and a key location for training staff skills.By demonstrating the necessity of constructing a comprehensive practice training base for Guangzhou’s metro line network and detailed discussion of the function setting,equipment configuration,and scale and site selection of the practice training base,this paper proposes that the comprehensive practice training base plays an important basic role in training high-quality skilled personnel,meeting the needs of industry personnel,identifying professional skills,inheriting practical experience,equipment research and design(R&D),and technology promotion.The comprehensive practice training base of Guangzhou’s metro line network shall have four functions:a theoretical application and practical operation training center,skill appraisal and qualification certification center,comprehensive exercise and skill competition platform,scientific research and technological transformation,and an innovative learning platform.The site scale shall be comprehensively calculated according to the practical training volume,training process layout,equipment,and facilities area of each type of work and position of rail transit.It shall be equipped with comprehensive professional equipment,general education teaching equipment and facilities,and a rail transit simulation system;site selection shall be considered in combination with the site conditions of the line network and transportation convenience for the staff.This paper can provide a model and reference for the construction of other urban rail transit practice training bases.
