课程思政视域下高校教师党支部创新机制研究

党中央对高校思想政治工作提出新要求。当前课程思政作为一种全新的、立体的育人理念,已经成为高校教育教学实践的新常态。文章结合课程思政视域下高校教师党支部调研和实践情况,对照党支部建设新要求,指出高校教师党支部要抓好高校教师的思想政治工作,主动推进课程思政教育教学,并从探索建立政治引领把关机制、党性思想提升机制、固化教师育德意识和育德能力组织生活机制、倡导优良教风文风机制、强化纪律监督机制以及建立“课程思政”学生评价为导向的教工党支部绩效考核制度角度对高校教师党支部机制进行创新建构。

The central committee of the communist party of China has put forward new requirements for ideological and political work in colleges and universities.At present,as a new and three-dimensional concept of educating people,curriculum ideology and politics has become the new normal of college education and teaching practice.Based on the course of ideological horizon,university teachers'party branch research practiceand new requirements of the party branch construction,this paper points out that the teacher's party branch in colleges and universities should pay special attention to the ideological and political work of college teachers,actively promote the education teaching.The mechanism innovation of university teachers'party branch is constructed based onestablishing political leading control mechanism,the mechanism of promoting the party spirit idea,curing consciousness of teachers'moral education and moral education organization life mechanism,advocating excellent teaching style mechanism,strengthening discipline supervision mechanism and establishing course education student evaluation as the guidance of the party branch staff performance appraisal system.
