卓越法治人才导向下法学专业创新创业课程体系的理性安排

法学专业创新创业课程体系的形式化、半人教育理念难以适应创新创业导向下卓越法治人才的培养。法学专业创新创业课程体系应该切实贯彻奉行全人教育理念以实现个体的全面发展,培养创新创业型卓越法治人才的核心素养,实现高校服务社会的使命。在坚持新理念、厚基础、精专业、强实践、铸德育的原则下,优化法学课程以强化法学教育与创新创业教育的融合度,构建由通识课程与专业课程、必修课程与选修课程、理论课程与实践课程构成的法学专业创新创业课程群,与时俱进地推动课程信息化平台建设,培养创新创业型卓越法治人才。

The formation ofinnovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system of law major and the concept of half person education is difficult to adapt to the cultivation of excellent legal talents under the guidance of innovation and entrepreneurship.The innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system of law major should follow the concept of"all-round education"in order to realize the overall development of individuals,to cultivate the core quality of innovative and entrepreneurial talents of rule of law and realize the mission of serving the society.Guided by the principle of"thick foundation,fine specialty,strong practice and moral education",we should optimize the law curriculum to strengthen the integration of law education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,establish a law professional innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum group composed of general courses and professional courses,compulsory courses and elective courses,theoretical courses and practical courses.We should promote the construction of curriculum information platform with the times,cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents with outstanding rule of law.
