现代学徒制校企合作有效性研究与实践

针对现代学徒制人才培养中校企合作有效性问题进行研究,采用专业咨询法和德尔菲法构建校企合作密度、合作成效和合作发展3个一级指标、26个二级指标构成校企合作有效性评价指标体系,并以广东省多所国家现代学徒制试点院校与非试点院校的校企合作有效性作为研究对象,进行对比分析、定量评价,为高职院校提升校企合作有效性提供建议。

This paper studies the validity of school enterprise cooperation in the training of modern apprentice talents.Three first-class indicators,26 second-class indicators,namely,the density,effectiveness and development of school enterprise cooperation are constructed by professional consulting and Delphi methods.The effectiveness of school enterprise cooperation is evaluatedaccording toseveral national modern apprenticeship Pilot colleges and Non-pilot colleges in Guangdong Province as the research object.Thecomparative analysis and quantitative evaluation are carried out to provide suggestions for higher vocational colleges to improve the validity of school enterprise cooperation.
