高校中职升本学生翻转课堂实践的经验和反思——以梧州学院为例 被引量:3

摘要 翻转课堂是当今教育界比较流行的教学方法,由于学生的学业水平和学习层次不同,教学效果也不尽相同。文章以中职升本的学生为研究对象,分别从学生的现状、翻转课堂实施的依据和办法、翻转课堂的教学优势和对出现问题的总结反思四个方面展开论述。在充分调研的基础上,笔者综合学生和学校的实际情况,按照课前、授课、活动三个环节为切入点制定翻转课堂实施办法。经过近一学期的翻转课堂教学实践,笔者认为该方法突破了传统教学的限制、重构了教学结构、强化了学生的综合素质、提高了学科教师的教学素养,有着明显的教学优势。但是由于个人能力不足等原因,翻转课堂在实践中还是出现了一定的问题。文章从客观的角度出发,对中职升本学生的翻转课堂进行了经验的总结和问题的反思,旨在对将来的教学水平有着进一步的提高。 Flipping the classroom is a popular teaching method in the education field.Due to the different level of students'learning and the level of learning,the teaching effect is not the same.This article focuses on the students who are upgrade from middle vocational students to university students and discusses them from four aspects:the current status of the students,the basis and methods for turning over the classroom implementation,the teaching advantages of the overturned classroom,and the summary of the problems.Based on the full investigation,the author integrated the actual conditions of the students and the school,according to the pre-class,teaching,and activities as the entry point to develop the implementation method of flipping classroom.After nearly one semester of flipping classroom teaching practice,the author believes that this method breaks through the limitations of traditional teaching,restructures the teaching structure,strengthens the overall quality of students,improves the teaching quality of subject teachers,and has obvious teaching advantages.However,due to lack of personal ability and other reasons,flipping classroom still has some problems in practice.From an objective point of view,this article summarizes the experience and reflection of problems in the Flipping the classroom for upgrade from middle vocational students to university students,aiming to further improve the teaching level in the future.
