摘要
OBE理念以其科学性和先进性成为很多发达国家教育改革的主流理念,其成果导向的实施原则和“反向设计、正向施工”的实施流程,为当前我国应用型高校人才培养模式改革提出了一个新的视角。尝试构建基于OBE的以“三位一体”的学习成果为目标导向、以“三元递进”的培养方案为实施路径、以“三元并重”的学习过程为考评标准的“三三制”应用型高校人才培养模式,以期对同类型高等院校的人才培养模式进行比对和探索。
The OBE concept has become the mainstream concept of educational reform in many developed countries for its scientific and advanced nature.The implementation principle of achievement oriented and the implementation process of"reverse design and forward construction",it provides a new way of thinking for the reform of talent training mode of application-oriented Universities in China.In order to reflect and explore the talent training mode of the same type of colleges and universities,this paper attempts to construct the"Three-Three System"application-oriented talents training mode based on OBE,which takes the"three in one"learning achievement as the goal orientation,the"three progressive"training program as the implementation path,and the"three equal emphasis"learning process as the evaluation standard.
