新时代高校农经类大学生劳动育人培养体系建设研究

劳动教育作为大学生素质教育,培养学生成为德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义接班人与建设者有着举足轻重的作用。然而,现实中大学生对劳动教育的认知存在偏差,劳动教育的育人程度表现不足,劳动教育在校园文化的融入中缺乏时代特征,都是现阶段劳动教育发展存在的突出问题。本研究结合新疆高校农经类本科生支农劳动实践过程,进行劳动育人教育环节问卷调查,通过相关统计分析农经专业劳动育人的现状及问题,提出劳动育人的体系,为劳动育人工作提供相关建议。

Labor education,as a quality education for college students,plays an important role in cultivating students to become socialist successors and builders of the all-round development of morality,intelligence,body,beauty and labor.However,in reality,there are deviations in college students'cognition of labor education,the insufficient performance of the education level of labor education,and the lack of the characteristics of the times in the integration of labor education in campus culture are all outstanding problems in the development of labor education at the present stage.Combined with the practice process of agricultural and economic undergraduates in Xinjiang colleges and universities,this study carried out a questionnaire on labor education links,analyzed the current situation and problems of agricultural and economic professional labor education through relevant statistics,put forward the system of labor education,and provided relevant suggestions for labor education work.
