摘要
新时代对高等教育提出了新要求,各高校正积极推行教育教学改革,人才培养是其中的重要组成部分。“本科生导师制”成为高校人才培养的重要手段。本研究采取量化研究与质性研究相结合的方法,聚焦于本科生导师制在X大学的运行模式,从而探索本科生导师制实施现状和现存问题,为其改进提供对策建议。
At present,new requirements are set for higher education.High schools are actively pursuing education and teaching reforms.Talents cultivation is an important part of this.In the new undergraduate tutorial system has become an important method of talents cultivation in universities.This research adopts a combination of quantitative research and qualitative research,focusing on the operating mode of the undergraduate tutorial system in X universities.We try to understand the current status and existing problems and provide a good example for future improvement.
