摘要
“新工科”背景下的课程改革是当前我国高校本科教育改革的重要方面,以“金课”建设为突破口,是高校本科教育培养新时代创新型人才的重要选择。为给“金课”建设提供标准,文章将“金课”的基本内涵与特征归纳为“教学内容的厚重度”“听课人员的认可度”“培养人才的创新度”“与实际应用的结合度”“授课教师的吸引度”“对新模式和新理念的践行度”以及“对学科发展的贡献度”等方面,并从课程体系设计、教学与科研关系处理、教学主体协同性等方面分析了具体开展“金课”建设时可能面临的困难或亟待破解的难题,提出加强专业课程体系顶层设计、加强师资队伍高层次建设、注重研究激发学生专业兴趣之手段、加强课程资源合理动态配置等对策及实践途径,以在“新工科”背景下形成发展建设“金课”的强大合力。
The course reform is one of the most important aspects for the current undergraduate education reform in China in the background of"Emerging Engineering Education".Taking the production of"Golden Courses"as the impetus is a significant selection,which aids to train students with remarkable innovation ability in this new era.It is summarized in this paper that the thickness of teaching content,the recognition of learners,the creativity of the trained students,the combination degree to practical engineering,the appeal of teachers,the practice degree of new modes and ideas,and the contribution to the discipline are the fundamental characteristics of the"Golden Course".These characteristics can also be considered as the criteria in developing"Golden Courses".The difficulties in producing"Golden Courses"in practice are analyzed from the standpoints of curricula system design,dealing with the relationship between teaching and researching,and the coordination of various teaching subjects.In order to promote the development of"Golden Course"effectively in the background of"Emerging Engineering Education",some implementations have been also proposed,such as augmenting the top-level design for professional curricula system,developing the building of high-level teachers,emphasizing the study on how to trigger students'interest,and optimizing the dynamic allocation of course resources.
