国际商务专业建设的经验与教训——以安徽工业大学为例

Experience and Lessons of Construction of International Business Specialty--Take Anhui University of Technology as an Example

安徽工业大学聚焦国际化、本土化与行业特色,着力实施国际商务专业的国际化、本土化与行业特色的三维融合,努力打造一流专业。但也存在未能给予新专业建设足够的宽容、对国际商务专业与国际经济与贸易专业的区别认识模糊、中外合作未能形成协议性安排、教师队伍国际化程度不够、毕业生素质与市场期待还有差距等教训。在新一轮专业建设中,应明晰专业办学目标,扎实推进中外合作,提升教师队伍整体素质,强化学生专业素质与综合素质培养,进一步锤炼行业特色,提升服务于国家和地方经贸发展战略的教研水平。

International business speciality in Anhui University of Technology focuses on internationalization,localization and industry characteristics,vigorously implements three-dimensional integration of internationalization,localization and industry characteristics,striving to create a first-class speciality.However,there are still some lessons,such as the lack of tolerance for the construction of new speciality,the vague understanding of the differences of international business speciality comparing with international economy and trade speciality,the failure of agreement arrangement in Chinese-foreign cooperation,the lack of internationalization of the teaching staff,and the gap between the quality of graduates and market expectations.In the new round of speciality construction,we should make clear the goal of running a speciality,promote the Chinese-foreign cooperation,improve the overall quality of teachers,strengthen the cultivation of students'professional quality and comprehensive quality,further forge the industry characteristics,and improve the level of teaching and research serving the national and local economic and trade development strategies.
