再生资源价格波动对产业投资的影响研究——以废纸价格对造纸产业投资影响为例

Research on the Impact of Renewable Resources Price Fluctuation on Industrial Investment——Take the impact of waste paper prices on paper industry investment as an example

再生资源产业的发展是实现绿色发展的重要手段。本文以重点品类的废纸资源代表再生资源市场作为研究对象,采用PVAR模型对再生资源价格与再生资源产业投资之间的影响关系进行实证研究。研究表明:再生资源价格与再生资源产业投资具有相关性;造纸产业投资受废纸价格、纸浆价格、社会消费品零售总额影响均比较显著,但最大的影响因素还是产业投资自身;废纸价格对产业投资具有反向抑制作用。基于本文分析,提出政府加大再生资源产业政策扶持力度;将再生资源产业转型升级作为产业投资和发展的主线,提升产业技术装备水平和产业创新能力。同时,进一步完善再生资源价格形成机制,缓解再生资源价格受外界因素的负面影响,确保其价格平稳运行。

The development of the renewable resource industry is an important means to achieve green development.This paper takes the key category of waste paper resources representing the renewable resource market as the research object,and uses the PVAR model to conduct empirical research on the relationship between the price of renewable resources and the investment in renewable resource industries.Research shows that:the price of renewable resources is correlated with investment in the renewable resource industry;the investment in the paper industry is significantly affected by the price of waste paper,pulp prices,and the total retail sales of consumer goods,but the biggest influencing factor is the industrial investment itself;the price of waste paper affects the industry investment has a reverse inhibitory effect.
