中小企业融资的影响因素研究:一个文献综述

Research on the Influencing Factors of SMEs’Financing:A Literature Review

中小企业融资一直是我国学界和实务部门重点关注的问题之一,找准影响中小企业融资的关键因素,对症下药,才能真正缓解中小企业“融资难融资贵”、有效降低融资成本、提高融资政策的精准性。围绕中小企业融资的影响因素相关问题,既有文献主要从宏观经济、微观主体和政策支持等三个方面进行了探索,本文对现有国内外研究进行了系统梳理和总结,在总结已有文献的基础上,发掘现有研究的不足以及今后可能开展的研究方向。

The financing of small and medium-sized enterprises has always been one of the key concerns of the academic circle and the practical departments in China.Only by identifying the key factors influencing the financing of SMEs and taking appropriate measures,we can ease the difficulty,effectively reduce the cost and promote the policies accuracy in SMEs'financing.Related to the influencing factors of SMEs,the scholar have carried on the exploration from three aspects:macro economy,micro main body and policy support and so on.In this paper,we systematically summarize the existing researches both at home and abroad,and on the basis of summarizing the existing literature,we carry out the shortage of the existing researches and the possible research direction in the future.
