摘要
文章对3种湿度表在25℃、50%RH的环境条件下的示值误差进行了重复性测量,并根据JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》对示值误差进行了不确定度分析和评定。构建了数学模型,并对模型中各输入分量引入的不确定度来源和计算方法进行了详细分析,计算出合成不确定度、自由度和扩展不确定度。结果表明,检定装置提供的环境对测量结果示值误差的不确定度影响较大。
The repeatability measurement of the error of three kinds of hygrometers under the environmental condition of 25℃and 50%RH is carried out in this paper.And according to JJF1059.1-2012 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement,the uncertainty of the indication error is analyzed and evaluated.The mathematical model is constructed.The source of uncertainty introduced by each input component in the model and the calculation method are analyzed in detail.The synthetic uncertainty,degree of freedom and extended uncertainty are calculated.The results show that the environment provided by the verification device has a great influence on the uncertainty of the error of measurement results.
