摘要
为了探究黄花败酱有效成分的提取方法及体外抗氧化作用,采用正交试验设计、索氏抽提法提取黄花败酱黄酮和齐墩果酸含量,并对其提取物体外抗氧化活性进行了测定.结果显示,在以无水乙醇、试剂用量200 mL(10倍)、抽提时间6 h的条件下,齐墩果酸含量最高;在乙醇浓度为95%、试剂用量150 mL(7.5倍)、抽提时间4 h的条件下,黄酮含量最高.同时,提取物表现出较强体外抗氧化作用,DPPH·自由基清除率可达80%,超氧阴离子自由基清除率达90%.
In order to study the extraction method and antioxidant activity of the effective components in Patrinia Scabiosa,orthogonal design and Soxhlet extraction method were used to extract flavonoids and ole⁃anolic acid from Patrinia Scabiosa,and the antioxidant activity in vitro was determined The results showed that the content of oleanolic acid was the highest under the condition of 95%ethanol,150 mL(7.5 times)of reagent dosage and 4 h of extraction time.Meanwhile,the extract showed strong antioxidant activity in vitro,with DPPH·free radical scavenging rate of 80%and superoxide anion radical scavenging rate of 90%.
