工匠精神培育目标下高职课程思政教学改革路径研究

Research on the teaching reform path of ideological and political Teaching in higher vocational Colleges under the cultivation goal of craftsman Spirit

工匠精神培育是高等职业教育“立德树人”的灵魂,课程思政是高职院校落实立德树人根本任务的重要举措。课程思政与工匠精神的内涵要素相同,课程思政建设与工匠精神培育的实施路径相近,课程思政培育工匠精神具有可行性,同时职业院校课程教学对工匠精神培育体现不足的困境决定了高职课程思政培育工匠精神的必要性。本文从重组教学内容、创新教学方法、整合教学资源三方面入手,针对性提出了具体的高职课程思政教学改革路径及策略。

The cultivation of craftsman spirit is the soul of higher vocational education"cultivating people with morality",and curriculum ideology and politics is an important measure for higher vocational colleges to fulfill the fundamental task of cultivating people with morality.The connotation elements of curriculum ideological and political construction and craftsman spirit are the same,the implementation path of curriculum ideological and political construction and craftsman spirit cultivation is similar,and the feasibility analysis of curriculum ideological and political cultivation is feasible.At the same time,the lack of reflection of the spirit of craftsman in the course teaching of vocational colleges determines the necessity analysis of cultivating the spirit of craftsman in the ideological and political courses of vocational colleges.This paper puts forward the concrete path and strategy of ideological and political teaching reform in higher vocational colleges from three aspects:reorganizing teaching contents,innovating teaching methods and integrating teaching resources.
