Research on Construction of Water Conservancy Supervision System in the New Era

本文以水利行业强监管实践发现的问题为导向,结合现行体制机制,分析当前监管工作存在的主要问题,并从顶层设计、法规制度、队伍建设、监管方式、科技支撑等方面提出对策建议,以期促进强监管工作常态化、规范化、法制化。

This article is guided by the problems found in the strong supervision practice of the water conservancy industry,combined with the current system and mechanism,analyzes the main problems in the current supervision work,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions from the top-level design,laws and regulations,team building,supervision methods,and technological support to promote the normalization,standardization and legalization of strong supervision work.
