摘要
给出了一种基于5G、人工智能、标识解析技术替代PLC的新型工业控制产品——IMCU的内涵定义、整体框架、主要功能、标准体系以及技术路线,探讨了IMCU改变传统工业控制现场和工厂整体调度控制5层结构的可行性,旨在通过技术的集成融合创新,解决工业控制核心技术短板以及数据互通"卡脖子"等问题,助力我国引领未来工业控制领域的规模化、自主化和高质量发展。
Based on 5G,artificial intelligence,identity resolution technology,this paper presents a definition,overall framework,main functions,standard system and technology roadmap of a new industrial control product,i.e.,intelligent manufacturing control unit(IMCU),which can replace PLC.This paper discusses the feasibility of IMCU to change the 5-layer structure of the traditional industrial control site and the overall factory dispatching control.Through the integration and innovation of technologies,it aims to solve the shortcomings of industrial control core technology and data intercommunication"card neck"and other issues,and thus help China lead the future of industrial control in the field of scale,independence,high-quality development.
