新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控期间武汉地铁客流控制方案研究及评估 被引量:4

摘要 地铁是武汉市民出行的主要公共交通工具之一,具有客流量大、空间封闭等特点,是武汉市疫情防控的重要环节之一。作为地铁运营一线防控的核心,客流控制层面面临异常乘客如何筛查、高峰时段乘客聚集、乘客路径追溯困难、体温异常乘客应对等问题。基于“源头控制-预防-追踪-处置”的防控思路,设计客流控制实施方案。制定量化指标,结合定性分析,对客流控制各环节进行逐一评估。经验证,各指标均满足防疫要求,可保证较高运营服务水平。此外,针对现有措施的不足提出了改善建议。综合可知,武汉地铁在疫情期间的客流控制措施合理有效,具有一定的参考价值。 The Corona Virus Disease 2019 epidemic situation in Wuhan has entered a new stage of normalization prevention and control.Metro is one of the main public transport means for Wuhan citizens to travel,which has the characteristics of large passenger flow and closed space,and it is one of the important links of epidemic prevention and control in Wuhan.As the core of prevention and control of metro operation,in the aspect of passenger flow control,there are many problems,such as how to screen abnormal passengers,how to gather passengers in peak hours,how to trace the routes of passengers,how to deal with abnormal temperature passengers and so on.Based on the prevention and control idea of“source control-prevention-tracking-disposal”,this paper designed passenger flow control implementation plan.Formulate quantitative indicators and assessment each link of passenger flow control one by one in combination with qualitative analysis.After verification,all indicators meet the requirements of epidemic prevention,which can ensure a high level of operation service.In addition,in view of the shortcomings of the existing measures,the article puts forward suggestions for improvement.It can be seen that the passenger flow control measures of Wuhan Metro during the epidemic period are reasonable and effective,which has certain reference value.
