基于数据挖掘探析阳溪穴主治病症和配伍规律

Major Indications and Regularity of Compatibility of Yangxi Point(LI5) Basedon Data Mining

通过系统整理阳溪穴古今文献,利用数据挖掘技术,总结分析阳溪穴主治优势病症和配伍规律。1949年10月前,阳溪穴主治优势病症以脑系、心系和五官科病症为主,1949年10月后以肢体经络病症、神经科疾病为主,在角膜溃疡、齿痛等病症治疗和麻醉恢复方面亦具有独特优势。在腧穴配伍方面,阳溪穴古今均多配伍阳经腧穴,1949年10月后更注重本经和同名经腧穴配伍法;在优势配穴方面,均以配伍五输穴、原穴为主,1949年10月后增加了络穴、八脉交会穴。

On the basis of systematizing the ancient and modern literature of Yangxi point(LI5),the diseases and symptoms in whose treatment Yangxi point has its advantage,and the regularity of compatibility of Yangxi point were summarized and analyzed by data mining technology.Before October 1949,the diseases and symptoms were focused on brain system,heart system and five sense organs.After October 1949,the diseases and symptoms were focused on limbs,meridians and neural system.Besides,in the treatment for corneal ulcer and toothache,as well as in the anesthesia recovery,Yangxi point has its unique advantage.In the aspect of compatibility,points in yang meridians were often used with Yangxi point,in both ancient and modern times.After October 1949,attention was paid to the combination of points in the same meridian and in the meridians sharing the same name with the meridian where Yangxi point locates. Among the compatible points,five transport points and yuan-primary points have advantage in both ancient and modern times. After October 1949,luo-connecting points and eight confluent points have been added.
