辽宁省高校“双带头人”培育工程实施问题及对策研究

Research on the Problems in the Implementation of the"Double Leaders"Cultivation Project in Colleges and Universities of Liaoning Province and the Countermeasures

落实“双带头人”培育工程是新时代赋予高校的新使命。高校应从不同角度认识到“双带头人”培育工作的重要性,并通过内涵建设和创新发展,完成对“双带头人”的打造。基于此,该文分析了辽宁省各大高校落实“双带头人”培育工程所面临的困境,并针对存在的主要问题,提出实施“双带头人”培育工程的对策,旨在为高校党务工作和学术工作建设提供参考。

The implementation of the"double leaders"cultivation project is a new mission entrusted to colleges and universities of Liaoning Province in the new era.Colleges and universities should recognize the importance of the"double leaders"cultivation work from different angles,and complete the work through intensive construction and innovative development.To this end,this paper analyzes the difficulties faced by the colleges and universities of Liaoning Province in implementing the"double leaders"cultivation project,and targeted proposes countermeasures,aiming to provide reference for Party work and academic construction in colleges and universities.
