新时代大学生军事技能训练师资队伍体系构建研究

Research on the Construction of Teaching Staff of Military Skills Training for College Students in the New Era

党的十九大工作报告中提出中国特色社会主义进入了新时代。中央军委实施了深化国防和军队改革,从部队选派教官承担大学生军事技能训练任务的模式难以完全满足需要。各省学校为了完成军训这一必修课,尝试了多种方法。该文作者在研究其他学者成果的基础上,抽样调查了相关高校的军训效果,结合新颁布的《普通高等学校军事课教学大纲》的内容,提出了新时代大学生军训师资队伍体系的构建思路。

The work report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China stated that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.The Central Military Commission has implemented deepening reforms in national defense and the armed forces,and it is difficult to completely finish the task of military skills training for college students by selecting military instructors from the army.Therefore,various provinces and schools have tried various methods in order to complete the compulsory course of military skills training.The writer studied the results of other scholars,and combining the teaching staff for various types of training programs,conducts a sample survey on the effects of military skills training in relevant colleges and universities.Combining the content of the newly promulgated"Military Course Syllabus for General Colleges and Universities",this paper formulates an idea of teaching staff construction in line with the military skills training for college students in the new era.
