摘要
该文以皖北某高职院校市场营销专业毕业生为研究对象,调研了2016届、2017届、2018届毕业生的就业现状以及用人单位对毕业生的评价,分析了该高职院校市场营销专业毕业生在就业市场的主要竞争力和不足之处,进而提出了发展建议和策略,为未来高职院校市场营销专业的人才培养提供研究基础和依据。
Taking the marketing graduates of a higher vocational college in northern Anhui as the research object,this paper investigates the employment status of the students graduating in 2016,2017,and 2018 and their employers'evaluation of them,and analyzes the main advantages and shortcomings of them in the employment market,and then puts forward development suggestions and strategies,with a view to providing a research foundation and basis for the future training of marketing majors in higher vocational colleges.
