摘要
为全面评估湖南省公益林质量,完善湖南省公益林生态监测体系,在公益林生态连清数据库、资源连清数据库和社会公共数据集以及湖南省10个生态定位观测研究站的数据基础上,采用简单随机抽样方法、按照等间距布设公益林长期面上固定样地683块。对样地进行现场调查,采集样地的林分郁闭度、平均年龄、平均胸径、平均树高等数据,采取分级测算统计公益林数量与质量。结果显示:湖南省公益林活立木蓄积量为380025409.4 m 3、单位面积蓄积量为76.85 m 3·hm-2,湖南省公益林生物量为310171800.72 t、单位面积生物量为62.72 t·hm-2。湖南省14个市(州)、122个县(市、区)的公益林平均单位面积蓄积量、生物量在空间上表现出明显差异,其中有长沙市、湘潭市、邵阳市、岳阳市、益阳市、郴州市、怀化市、娄底市等8个市以及57个县(市、区)的公益林平均单位面积蓄积量、生物量均高于湖南省平均水平。研究结果将为各级政府与行业主管部门提供数据支撑和决策依据。
In order to comprehensively evaluate the quality of public welfare forest in Hunan Province and improve the ecological monitoring system of public welfare forest in the province,based on the datas of ecological clean database of public welfare forest,the database of resources and the social public data set and 10 ecological positioning observation and research stations in the province,683 fixed plots on the long-term surface of public welfare forest were set up by simple random sampling method and equal spacing,and the sample plots were investigated on the spot.The data of standard density,average age,average DBH and average height of the sample plots were collected,and the quantity and quality of public welfare forests were calculated and counted by classification.The results indicated that the volume of living trees in public welfare forest in the province is 380025409.4 m 3,reserve unit area is 76.85 m 3·hm-2,the biomass of public welfare forest is 310171 t,biomass per unit area is 62.72 t·hm-2.The average unit area volume and biomass of public welfare forest in 14 cities(prefectures)and 122 counties(cities and districts)of the whole province show obvious difference in space.The average unit area volume and biomass of public welfare forest in 8 cities(Changsha City,Xiangtan City,Shaoyang City,Yueyang City,Yiyang City,Chenzhou City,Huaihua City and Loudi City)and 57 counties(cities and districts)were higher than that of the whole province.The results will provide data support and decision-making basis for all levels of government and industry authorities.
