摘要
通过调查怀化市生态公益林植被类型、分类结构、生态补偿、典型样地等情况,对怀化市生态公益林建设现状进行了分析。结果表明:其生态公益林布局科学合理,补偿面积稳定增加,补偿标准逐步提高,补偿资金不断增多,森林资源质量逐步提升。
Based on the investigation of vegetation types,classification structure,ecological compensation and typical sample plots of ecological public welfare forest in Huaihua City,the current situation of ecological public welfare forest construction in Huaihua City was analyzed.The results indicated that:the distribution of ecological public welfare forest was scientific and reasonable,the compensation area was increased steadily,the compensation standard was gradually improved,the compensation funds were increasing,and the quality of forest resources was gradually improved.
