摘要
数字时代研究数字公民素养具有重要意义。以WoS核心数据库中数字公民素养相关文献为样本,以高被引文献、关键词和突现词为跟踪指标,捕捉并深入分析了该主题研究的国际热点和前沿,在全面把握国际研究态势的基础上,结合我国数字化社会发展需求及面临的挑战,提出中国数字公民素养研究亟待解决的四大基础性课题。研究发现,国际数字公民素养研究主要集中于心理学、教育学、传播学、政治学四大研究领域,研究成果主要围绕数字公民及数字公民素养的内涵、数字公民素养的影响因素、数字时代公民在线参与、数字时代公民身份的内涵及公民身份认同、青年学生数字公民素养教育、公共治理背景下智慧城市建设与数字公民参与等六大研究热点;研究前沿主要关注以互联网为代表的信息通信技术对数字民主的影响及其应对。凭借国际视野,研究中国问题,呼吁当前我国数字公民素养研究需要集中力量解决以下课题:立足中国社会与文化特质,构建中国数字公民素养框架;重视网络空间多元意识形态的影响,揭示中国数字公民身份建构的机理;适应中国新型智慧城市多元共治的需求,探索促进数字公民参与的长效机制;面向国家现代化进程的推进,完善中国数字公民教育体系。
Digital citizenship is the citizenship in the digital age which has an important era significance.Based on the articles of digital citizenship retrieved from WoS core database,this paper tracked high-cited articles,keywords,and emergent words as indicators to analyze the research focus and frontiers in digital citizenship.Research results show that,existing researches mainly appeared in the fields of psychology,education,communication and political,and six themes emerged as hotspots:the connotation of digital citizen and digital citizenship,the factors of digital citizenship,online participation of citizens in the digital age,digital citizenship education for young students,and smart cities development and digital citizenship in the context of public governance.The current research focus on the impact of information and communication technology,such as Internet,on digital democracy and its solutions.Moreover,this paper proposed four basic domestic research issues for digital citizenship research in China:constructing China digital citizenship framework based on Chinese social and cultural traits;revealing digital citizen identity construction mechanism on the alert of the multiple ideology influences in cyberspace;exploring the long-term effective mechanism to promote digital civic participation for the needs of shared governance in new smart cities;and building a comprehensive digital citizenship education system to boost the process of China’s modernization.
