摘要
随着液体冷却雷达的广泛应用,水铰链已成为现代雷达中的重要组成部分,它的任务是实现雷达系统固定端和转动端(或旋转端)之间冷却介质的不间断转动(或旋转)传输。现代雷达中水铰链一般有方位水铰链、俯仰水铰链和阵面水铰链三种。文章结合现代雷达对水铰链的技术指标要求,阐述了水铰链的功能、结构组成及设计关键点,分析了其在雷达系统中的安装、调试及维护特点,最后指出了其广阔的应用前景。
With the wide application of liquid cooling radars,the liquid rotary joint has become an important part of modern radars.Primary function of liquid rotary joints is to realize the continuous rotation transmission of coolants between fixed and rotating parts of radar systems.The liquid rotary joints used in modern radars can be classified into azimuth,elevation,and side block joints.According to the technical requirements imposed by modern radars on liquid rotary joints,this paper describes the function,structure composition,and key design points of liquid rotary joints,analyzes their installation,adjustment,and maintenance characteristics in modern radar systems,and finally points out their broad application prospect.
