稠油热采储层高温选择性堵剂的研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对鲁胜公司林樊家油田、尚店油田稠油热采区块随着吞吐轮次的增加,采出程度不断提高,汽窜及水窜通道逐渐形成,造成蒸汽热利用率大幅度降低,致使油井见油前排水期长、排水量变大、综合含水升高、热采效率低、周期效益变差等问题,研制了低成本高温选择性封窜堵水剂,对其高温后强度、稳定性、选择性等主要性能进行实验研究,并在稠油热采井进行现场应用。现场试验5井次,结果表明,与常规高温堵剂相比,单井平均节约费用约5万元,排水期平均单井缩短7 d,见油前排水量大幅度缩减,单井日油水平增加1.5 t/d。现场水窜、汽窜渗透层封堵率高,在提高区块整体产能的同时降低了封堵成本,具有较强的推广应用价值。 In view of the problems of Linfanjia and Shangdian oilfield heavy oil thermal recovery block of Lusheng company such as drainage period and displacement before oil emergence of oil wells and integrated liquid water content rising,thermal recovery efficiency and cyclic benefits reducing,which because of the improvement of recovery degree,steam channeling and water channeling gradually formed,a low-cost and high-temperature selective channeling plugging agent has been developed,and its main properties such as strength,stability and selectivity after high temperature have been experimentally studied.It has been applied in heavy oil thermal recovery wells and the results of five well tests show that,compared with conventional high temperature plugging agent,this plugging agent saves an average cost of about¥50000 for a single well,shortens the drainage period of a single well for an average of seven days,greatly reduces the amount of drainage before oil production,and increases the daily oil level of a single well by 1.5 t/d.The plugging rate of flow permeable layer and steam channeling permeable layer in the field is high,which improves the overall productivity of the block and reduces the plugging cost,so it has a strong promotion and application value.
