摘要
利用重力沉降的原理研究了一种较低温度条件下安全有效的Hummers法制备氧化石墨.通过探究低中高温时间、高温温度和高锰酸钾剂量比等5个因素对石墨氧化程度的影响,采用新的除杂方法,最终得到较为简单合理的新Hummers法.实验证明,实验温度在45℃时就可制备出氧化比例较好的产物.
The purpose of this paper is to explore whether Hummers method can obtain graphite oxide with good degree of oxidation at low temperature.In this paper,a new Hummers method which is safe and effective at low temperature is studied based on the principle of gravity deposition.Through exploring the influence of five factors,such as low temperature,medium temperature,high temperature time,high temperature and potassium permanganate dose ratio,on the degree of graphite oxidation.A simple and reasonable Hummers method was finally obtained by adopting a new method of impurity removal.The experimental results show that a good oxidation ratio can be prepared at 45℃.
