滚盘式回转支承在大型浮游起重机中的应用

Application of Rolling Disc Rotary Bearing on Heavy Floating Crane

分析了浮游起重机的技术参数、作业工况以及滚盘式回转支承的结构特点。回转机构采用滚盘式回转支承和销轮传动形式,整机采用PLC控制系统和变频调速技术,实现对起升、变幅、回转各机构的无级调速,提高运行的安全性和精确性。

Technical parameters,working status of floating crane and structure characteristics of rolling disc rotary bearing have been analyzed.The rotary mechanism combined rolling disc rotary bearing and pin wheel transmission,while the complete set applied PLC control system and variable frequency speed regulation technique,which realized continuously variable speed regulation on mechanisms of lifting,amplitude of variation and rotation to improve operation safety and precision.
