摘要
为使热矫直机工艺模型有效地应用于生产实践,通过选取典型规格轧件进行矫直测试,将实际检测值与理论计算值进行对比分析,优化工艺参数,修正工艺模型计算系数,使矫直工艺模型有效应用。
In order to efficiently apply hot straightener process model to production practice,by straightening testing on rolled pieces with typical specification,practical testing values and theoretical calculation values have been compared and analyzed to optimize process parameters and correct process model calculation coefficients,finally straightening process model could be applied efficiently.
